Manifesto for Generative AI in Higher Education

The Manifesto for Generative AI in Higher Education is a living reflection on how teaching, learning, and technology are changing in an age of abundance. Written by Dr Hazel Farrell and Ken McCarthy, it invites educators, students, and institutions to think critically and act with imagination and integrity as GenAI reshapes higher education.

Structured around three intertwined themes:
Rethinking Teaching and Learning
Responsibility, Ethics, and Power
Imagination, Humanity, and the Future
The Manifesto encourages debate, adaptation, and renewal.
