Project

GenAI:N3 (Generative AI: N-TUTORR National Network) was an ambitious project that sought to transform higher education by harnessing the potential of Generative AI.

It brought together educators, students, and technologists across seven partner institutions to explore innovative ways in which GenAI could enhance learning and teaching. Through the development of tools and resources, the project equipped educators with practical solutions for personalised learning, academic integrity, and assessment design.

Key components such as the Generative AI Staff and Student Hubs, AI Play Workshops, and the collaborative national network created a dynamic ecosystem for knowledge-sharing and capacity-building within the technological higher education sector.

Central to the initiative was a commitment to shaping educational practices that responded to both the opportunities and challenges of emerging technologies. Events like the GenAI Hackathon and the crowdsourced digital book exemplified this spirit of collaboration and thought leadership, positioning educators to engage confidently with digital transformation in academia.

Supported by the N-TUTORR national programme, the project left a foundation for future integration of AI into educational environments, with benefits that extended to both staff and students across the country.
